Graduate MBA Program

The ZSEM organizes graduate MBA programs with the following streams: Marketing, Management, Finance and Banking, Accounting and Auditing, Finance and Accounting, Management of Information Systems, General MBA, Human Resources Management and Quantitative Finance. At the end of the program, participants acquire a Master of Business Administration degree in their field of study. Each MBA program consists of 60 ECTS credits.

 

The programs are designed for students who have completed a four-year economics program, as well as students who have completed other four-year programs, who, in this case, must listen to a mandatory "pre-semester" of subjects for non-economists in order to be able to follow the program without difficulty. Applicants who have completed a three-year undergraduate program may enroll in the graduate MBA program  if they have completed the fourth year of their undergraduate program at the ZSEM, after which they continue to the graduate level. 

Lecturers in the graduate MBA program, besides professors from the ZSEM, are professors from SDA Bocconi, Milan, the University of Michigan and other universities, with which the ZSEM has signed agreements on academic cooperation. It should be noted that the ZSEM was the first higher education institution in Croatia to provide the possibility of continuing education and training without going abroad in order to receive the quality and excellence offered by world famous business schools with long traditions, such as Bocconi, Milan. The main reason for this is ZSEM's goal to prepare students of the graduate programs for professional and responsible business practices and so that they can enhance skills that will contribute to their competitiveness.
