Part-time Undergraduate Program
ZSEM offers a program specially designed for employed people, who for personal reasons, or in order to further their careers, would like to received higher professional qualifications. Additionally, it seeks to educate people who, due to their obligations, are unable to attend lectures regularly, e.g. professional athletes or full-time employees.
Part-time undergraduate program is adjusted to the special needs of employed people and a large part of class work is carried out through distance learning, with the help of LMS (Learning Management System) Blackboard. For example, courses such as Information and Communication Technology and Sociology are taught entirely though distance learning techniques.
Apart from lecture notes that are provided by Blackboard, teaching is carried out through weekly tasks, forums, e-mail and on-line activities. Tasks and teaching activities were adjusted to the needs of working students. If conventional classes are considered necessary, they are provided during weekday evenings (between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) or on Saturdays.
