What students say about ZSEM?

Vitor Duarte

Professors at ZSEM are great since they resort to several innovative teaching methods, and most of the times I was able to learn from their personal experiences on the market. All of these made me feel very interested in the courses I was taking at the time and made me want to go for further knowledge.

Sid Eshuis

I like best that it's a small school and also the teaching style - during lectures and seminars we work on real case studies. There's not too much theory and everything is very practice oriented, which is very different from my university back home.

Mia Barbara Lacković

I choose ZSEM because of the many opportunities that students have while studying, like the student-centered approach and ability to learn better and faster in small groups. I am really satisfied with the new Business Mathematics and Business Administration program because I can see that I will learn a lot of relevant information which I will be able to apply in my future career. Additionally, I especially like the class atmosphere–it’s as if our class is a big family. Everyone is always ready to participate in class and help one another out.

Mirna Lazarić

I chose ZSEM because of all the opportunities offered outside the Alessons, such as working on start-ups, student clubs and so on. Access to the individual students, working in small groups which allows much faster progress. I am delighted by the study because it offers the possibility of connecting Mathematics and economics in English language, which makes a comparative advantage. My impressions are great, I am very satisfied with the first semester. I look forward to continue studying and the time that I will invest in my future knowledge.

Mile Grbavac

I chose to enroll into the Business Mathematics and Economics program because it offered an ideal balance of mathematics and economic courses, which are subjects that really interested me in high school. I am incredibly impressed by the way that the professors communicate content to students, using real world scenarios. For example, we examined how the bakery Dubravica uses research to make projected models for increasing sales. The program has had a great influence on me as it has given me a wider spectrum of careers I can choose from.
